SAMNOS STANDARD
is a processing medium that evaporates up to 97% residue-free. This fluid can be used with all materials, including plastic. Due to the special cooling properties of the fluid, SAMNOS Standard is used especially with very demanding machining processes.
Application areas: Sawing, drilling, engraving, reaming, turning, milling with very high machining parameters and lifetimes of high-alloy steel and stainless steel as well as aluminum, non-ferrous metals and plastic.
SAMNOS ZM-22W
is a universal cooling lubricant that can be used with almost all materials and machining processes and evaporates up to 95% residue-free.
Application areas: Sawing, drilling, engraving, reaming, turning, milling steel, stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals and plastics, deburring of pressure casting, as a lubricant e.g. in O ring mounting, rubber cutting, light forming, punching up to 1 mm material thickness.
SAMNOS AL
SAMNOS AL is a lubricant specially developed for the machining of ALUMINIUM, which is optimized for external lubrication. Due to the special cooling properties of the lubricant, SAMNOS AL is particularly used for demanding machining operations on ALUMINIUM. In general, this lubricant can be used with all materials and can be sprayed with all minimum quantity lubrication systems.
Applications: sawing, drilling, engraving, reaming, turning, milling with very high machining parameters and tool life of ALUMINIUM, high-alloy steel or stainless steel as well as non-ferrous metals and plastics.
For internal lubrication
SAMNOS BREEZE
SAMNOS Breeze is a lubricant which has been developed especially for the internal lubrication. It can be used with almost all materials and machining processes. Due to the special cooling properties of the lubricant and its low sedimentation properties of the Aerosol, the SAMNOS Breeze lubricant is used especially with very demanding machining processes.
Application areas: Sawing, drilling, turning, milling with very high machining parameters and lifetimes of high-alloy steel and stainless steel as well as aluminium, non-ferrous metals and plastic.
